Payments and tips
Set up Stripe, receive tips, understand fees, and troubleshoot onboarding.
Fans can send one-time tips from an artist profile after that artist connects payments with Stripe.
Artists set up payments from Settings > Selling and complete hosted onboarding with Stripe.
PlayList takes 0% from tips today. Stripe processing fees and payout timing are managed by Stripe.
Stripe helps PlayList support secure payments, identity verification, bank details, and payouts without storing sensitive financial information.
Most onboarding issues are caused by unfinished Stripe requirements, mismatched public details, or account verification still in progress.
Profiles
Create a profile and understand who PlayList is built for.
PlayList is for musicians, bands, producers, studios, venues, labels, fans, and other people who help music happen.
Profiles are free and give people a place to find your music, details, and ways to connect.
Messages
Contact other PlayList users from profile pages.
Signed-in users can start a conversation from the Message button on another user's profile.
Notifications
Control which email notifications you receive.
Notification preferences live in Settings and control which PlayList emails you receive.
Account
Manage or delete your PlayList account.
You can delete your account from Settings when you no longer want to use PlayList.
