Wavy Josef

"From playing piano at the age of two, programming beats at seven, and using production software at twelve, Wavy Josef has always been deeply connected to music. He believes art is essential to life, and vice versa. Using his aspiring talents in various programs and schools such as Caldera Arts, Open Meadow, PPS, Portland Parks & Rec, and De La Salle North Catholic, Wavy was inducted into the scene at a young age, allowing him to become immersed in the creative environment around him, as well as a true fan of those who laid the groundwork before him. In his time of growth, he's landed himself a placement on the NBA2K Video Game, his debut single being showcased on the Local News, as well as production for artists such as Amir Obe, TYuS, and Nipsey Hussle.

Josef is active as a member of the New Orleans and Los Angeles based artist collective FOURTH EYE TRiBE, as well as continuing his work in the Rip City as an African Drummer, Pianist, Poet, Songwriter, Composer, and co-owner of .WavPRO Music Publishing LLC."
