Sistrurusman

I'm a 38 year old rhythm guitarist and singer/backup singer living in New Albany, Indiana with a love for mid 90's - mid or late 2000's alternative/punk/poppunk/emo/grunge rock. I used to play in a band in high school and college and have recently picked up the guitar again. Some bands I'm interested in covering include: Nirvana, Jimmy Eat World, Story of the Year, AiC, New Found Glory, Pearl Jam, Green Day, Taking Back Sunday, Blink, Bush, and most other similar music to these. I don't mind other types of music, just never was into hair/80's metal, super heavy stuff, or most country...especially the newer stuff. I very much prefer punk/pop-punk/emo/alternative/grunge style. Not the greatest player or singer (it's been a while) but I love doing it and absolutely LOVE performing in front of a crowd. Put a guitar in my hands, a mic in front of me, and I'll let it go!
