Looking to join/form a group where I play Guitar or Bass. I’m down to just jam first and see if it goes somewhere. Just a first date, dude. We ain’t gotta get married. I do want to settle down eventually and make a lot of music babies. Preferred music genres are Soul Jazz, Stoner Rock, Blues, and bands like Russian Circle, Delvon Lamarr Organ Trio, St. Vincent, This Will Destroy You (I’m not certain what genre to place these bands in). I am not interested in being in a cover band. jake howard (at sign) g m a i l I’ve tooled around playing music for 33 years. I’m decent. I don’t know how to read music although I am finally taking guitar lessons. I have played in bands. I do know how to keep up. The recordings I have on here are just quick throw togethers and recorded on Garage Band or jam sessions with 2+ other musicians. I've marked my musical abilities as "Moderate". I don't know, man. I've played for a while and have a hard time placing my abilities. Definitely interested in getting to a point where we are playing out.
