Living in upstate New York, it's very hard to find good musicians in my area. Hopefully this will lead me to people with similar tastes and we can start a new band, it's been awhile. I've been in many bands over the years, some promising, so not; but I haven't had a steady band in a few years and I need one, now! I'm looking for players who understand that you don't need to be the most technically inclined musician to be effective in moving someone. I have somewhere around a decade of songs that I want to bring back to life, it sounds like a tall order but it's really not. Maybe it won't happen like that though and we'll be so compatible we'll write new songs. I just want to play music again and eventually make a living too. Influences: The Beatles, The Stooges, Jesus Lizard, Sonic Youth, Pavement, Bob Dylan, Lightning Bolt, Frank Black, Thee Oh Sees, The Wipers, Fugazi, Nirvana, etc...
