Working Female-Led Indie/Folk/Rock Needs Guitar (Cortland)

We seek a lead guitar player/multi-instrumentalist, preferably with harmony vocal ability. A woman of any age would be ideal (a dude isn't a dealbreaker), but we really need someone with stage presence who can play tasteful, hooky leads in an original singer-songwriter context. Ability to collaborate and communicate with empathy is a must. We will consider soloists on instruments other than guitar. We rehearse in Ithaca or Cortland depending on schedules and need.
