Seeking lead guitarist for new band

My name is Andrew and I own the artist management company Jaded Dream. I am working with a bassist/singer/songwriter in putting together a new band. We are building this from scratch. Seeking a lead guitarist who can sing and write songs as well, race and gender don't matter, diversity is a good thing. Age range: 18 to 30. The genre is rock. You must be influenced by at least one of the following: George Harrison, Keith Richards, Jimmy Page, David Gilmour, Chuck Berry, Robby Krieger, Kirk Hammett, Kurt Cobain, Pete Townshend, Neil Young, Stephen Stills, John Fogerty, to name a few
