Outstanding Opportunity for Soul/R&B vocalists

This is an outstanding opportunity for both a male and female singers with STRONG vocal chops and great stage presence and personality, pros who can naturally front a tight, high-energy r&b/soul dance band but can also work well with one other really talented voice.

We are comprised of experienced, professional players and singers and we are seeking strong, energetic vocalists to join us to form a three-person front. We are essentially a 70's tribute band with a focus on old school soul and r&b. Instrumentation currently includes drums, guitar, bass and keys. If chosen, you will share lead vocal chores and likely be one-third of the face of the band which will eventually include a full horn section at times.

We currently rehearse some weekday evenings in OC but we are willing to move them to Long Beach or perhaps closer to LA to accommodate the right combination of vocalists. We are arranging auditions now. There are gigs in the works while we build out a website and establish a social media presence and polish our show before a showcase and live video now expected in April. This will be used to kick off a series of private and corporate parties, events, wedding receptions and gigs at selective upscale commercial establishments, likely including some casinos and festivals in LA, Orange and San Diego Counties. Some other travel may eventually occur with approval of the entire band.

If you are looking to work in local clubs and bars, we won't be a good match. No hired guns please. No poor attitudes. Looking for those willing to commit.
