Looking for lead guitarists to potentially join (Northern CT, Western MA)

We're currently looking for any lead guitarist who is interested in joining our band. We already have two guitarists but are potentially looking for a third to make our songs sound more solid in a live setting. We're open to writing as well, although we are in the process of recording and finalizing songs that are going to be off of our debut album.

Our main genre would be metalcore and post-hardcore, and a couple of major influences on our music would include Deftones, Saosin, Invent Animate, and Tool.

Preferred age range is 17 - 21.
