looking for 2nd guitarist

Hello Friends; Knew Knormal in Tacoma , are looking for a Lead/ some times Rhythm guitarist. Back ground vocals are a plus. We are : Vocals - female-- mature Bass -with BG vocals- 56 Drummer -with BG Vocals-64 Rhythm guitar- sometimes lead guitar or lead vocals.-23 We are looking for a team player, that can practice in Puyallup Tuesdays 5 to 7 pm and Saturdays 11:30am to 3:30pm. Sometimes we need to practice Sunday, instead of Saturday. we need a guitarist that can come in and learn the songs at a quick rate, as we want to be gigging again by mid December. Not all the songs are written in stone, but we do want to keep the list as intact as possible. We are a democracy. No egos or "so and so's band. The guitarist that joins us will be 1/5 equal partner in the band. We like to have fun and make the songs are own. We have a variety of musical genres, but we play them all "heavy". This includes telling others how to play their instruments because you are an expert at bass/drums/ song writing, whatever. We need a guitarist, not a music teacher. If you come in and are not prepared to play guitar, but talk about how good you are playing other instruments, you will be asked to leave immediately. Sounds harsh, but we have had this issue many times. No drug or drink issues at practice or gigs. What you do on your own time, is your business. Need to be able to commit to practice and gig times. Be professional. If you cant commit, don't say you can. We are not a place to just jam.
