I have been playing piano and singing for 13 years, on and offstage. This experience includes learning and teaching/directing: private lessons, choir, musical theater (actor, pit keyboardist, rehearsal accompanist), and worship band. My taste in music is extremely varied, making it hard to pin down favorite artists or influences. I play and listen to anything from New Age to metal to hip-hop to indie pop--my listening playlists are curated from individual songs rather than artists or styles. In the future I prefer to play rock and related genres (emo, grunge, prog, etc); I also have a good deal of skill and experience in theatrical and classical music. I sing clean alto/mezzo vocals, and am currently learning to play bass and rhythm guitar.
